These terms help every session run smoothly. By booking with Journey of Moments, you agree to the points below. If anything is unclear, please ask before you book.

Photos include color and tone adjustments only. Skin retouching, beauty retouching, and other detailed edits are not included.
A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your session. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Payment details will be provided via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
The session starts at the agreed scheduled time. If the client arrives late, the photographer may extend the session by up to 15 minutes, depending on availability. Any additional lost time will not be compensated.
Please confirm your preferred time and location before making the booking deposit. Changes to the time or location are accepted up to 3 days before the scheduled photoshoot. Please message us for discussion.
-8 or more days before the shoot: No penalty. The booking deposit is fully refunded. -3–7 days before the shoot: 50% penalty. Half of the booking deposit is forfeited; the remaining 50% is refunded. -Less than 3 days before the shoot: 100% penalty. The booking deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of rain or an emergency, the photoshoot may be rescheduled up to 3 days before the scheduled date. Requests made within 3 days of the shoot may not be accommodated, and the original booking will remain in effect.
Entrance tickets for the shoot will be covered by the client. For example, park entry fees or sightseeing site entry fees required for the photographer to enter and shoot on your behalf.
